West Indies posted a total of 220/8 in 20 overs, thanks to crucial innings played by Brandon King (36 runs off 25 balls), Nicholas Pooran (41 runs off 19 balls), and Romario Shepherd (44 runs off 22 balls), which helped them cross the 200-run mark. Anrich Nortje, Kagiso Rabada, and Lungi Ngidi took two wickets each for South Africa at the Wanderers Stadium in Johannesburg. In response, South Africa scored 213/6 in 20 overs.
