Yuvraj Singh, a former cricketer, recently shared a photo on Instagram with Indian wicketkeeper Rishabh Pant, whom he had met while Pant was recovering from injuries sustained in a car accident last year. Pant had to undergo surgery after his vehicle collided with a divider and caught fire on the Delhi-Dehradun highway in December. Yuvraj expressed his belief that Pant would make a comeback to the Indian cricket team, and praised him as a positive and humorous person.
Pant has been keeping fans updated on his recovery, most recently posting a video of himself walking in a pool. Unfortunately, his injuries will keep him out of this year’s IPL and the ODI World Cup in India. As a result, David Warner has replaced him as the captain of the Delhi Capitals, and expressed his gratitude to the team management for their continued trust in him.
