Faf du Plessis was the top scorer for RCB with 44 off 40 balls, reclaiming the Orange Cap.
Unfortunately, LSG faced a setback when KL Rahul limped off the field during the second over after chasing a ball towards the cover fence. He did walk out to bat but refused to take easy singles, indicating a possible injury. In another incident, Virat Kohli and Naveen-ul-Haq had a tense moment during the match, and Kohli exchanged a few words with LSG mentor Gautam Gambhir after the match.
